To Confirm a Booking

50% deposit is required prior to arrival. Credit card details will confirm your booking and will be held against cancellation policy where applicable.

Cancellation Policy

• All refunds will be subject to a 15% administration fee.
• Bookings cancelled 8 - 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation fees are charged on the full value of the booking.
• For non-arrival/no show/premature departure 100% of total booking quote is payable.

Children policy (sharing with parents)

• Ages 6-12 R950.00 per child per night will be levied.
